Where We started

The Towel Factory Shop (TFS) began its journey in the heart of Lansdowne, Cape Town, with a simple but powerful idea — to make quality towels and linen accessible to everyone. What started as a modest outlet specialising in second-grade and factory-overrun stock soon grew into a trusted local favourite known for excellent value and friendly service.

From those early days on Imam Haron Road, TFS became a go-to destination for households, salons, and small businesses looking for affordable, durable textile essentials. By combining strong supplier relationships with a hands-on approach to customer care, the business built a reputation rooted in consistency, trust, and genuine value.

Over time, TFS expanded its product range beyond towels to include a full collection of bedding, curtains, and hospitality linen, catering to both retail customers and bulk buyers.
